Diana Alcausin is Design Director of the WeTransfer Advertising Studio. She has been at the forefront of the advertising platform’s growth into a unique digital space and builds diverse environments for creatives to flourish in through technology.

As a designer Diana shapes stories through motion, interaction and video. Her background in commercial strategy enables her to bridge business and design in an ever-changing domain. 

She has sat as a jury member for prominent awards including the Visual Communication Awards 2021 and the Dutch Creativity Awards 2022.
