Samantha Niblett is the Labour Party parliamentary candidate for South Derbyshire and founder of Labour: Women in Tech, a political not-for-profit delivering systemic change in gender equity by elevating women in STEM. Combining 20+ years experience in the technology sector with a personal passion for bringing attention to the voices of women and young people, she campaigns to smash barriers for women in STEM subjects, tech and allied sectors. Her work spans unions, industry, educational institutions, social enterprises and government, bringing all voices together to achieve gender equity and create tangible opportunities in tech.
